You will be guided through the following five steps:
- Personal information (name, social security, address, etc.)
- Rating of your skill-set; an overview of your work history and relevant experience; a personal statement explaining your interests in Mayhew and how you might be able to contribute to our community.
- Three character or employment references and three job preferences
- Authorization for background check and notification of any criminal history
- Review and submit application
